About Us

Out In The Sticks Cultural Centre and Art Gallery
Yarker, Ontario, Canada
Out in the Sticks Cultural Association Inc. is a non profit artist-run organization. We are incorporated under Federal law as of December 2009 and in February 2010 we opened Out in the Sticks Cultural Centre in little hamlet of Yarker, Ontario. Our activities include art gallery, film discussion club, series of lectures on art and culture, concerts, workshops and annual arts festival Phantasmagoria. Access to most of our events and activities is free; however voluntary donations are always welcome. We are open for cooperation with various organizations and individuals, in common mission of providing access to culture in under-served rural communities, providing presentation, publicity and marketing opportunities for artists and promoting art and cultural diversity.
